How to Return

You can generate a return or exchange request in your order panel or E-mail us at support@casaofk.com within 10 days of the delivery of the product. 

You are free to use your packaging or the original packaging in which the product is delivered. We request you keep the product in its original conditions with all tags intact. The product will be picked up from your address without any additional return cost.  

Once the product is received and inspected, your amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
